How it all started

My name is Micha Bakker and it all started with a busted knee that had me immobilized and led me to gain 15 kg/30 lbs+ (I stopped weighing myself after a while) in 6 months. That was how I signed up to my first gym membership.
Who am I?
The turning point
I was 27 years old and stiff as a brick when he introduced flexibility training into my life. That spark of showing me something new got me to want to explore the world of movement.
Since then I’ve had the good fortune to connect and get guidance from people like Carl Paoli, Emmet Louis, Mikael Kristiansen, Refael Paz, Hunter Cook, Harry Williams, DJ Murakami.. The list goes on and on…
What lead me here
I spent years diving deeper into powerlifting, olympic lifting, gymnastic strength training, flexibility training, handstand training, movement training and cherry picked what I liked most about everything to create the training style that I perform and that I coach.
