Testimonials
Micha is a great teacher that has both knowledge and practical experience. From my experience, if you want to learn how to do a handstand, he can help with that; if you want to get more flexible and move better, he can also help with that. Micha knows what he is doing
I have really enjoyed training with you and I wish I could give you a gigantic hug for everything you’ve taught me during this time. I’m looking forward to working with you again.
If you want an honest coach who will push you and inspire you to get better I highly recommend Micha. He's funny, he's brutal and he ensures positive change in his clients. I am so happy I took this course and fully intend to keep practicing.
Admittedly, i was a bit sceptical of the idea of online coaching at first, having only trained with hands-on coaches before. But as we started training i quickly found that Micha was incredibly precise in his feedback, and knew exactly how to improve my technique and when to push me further. Sure enough I soon started feeling the results, becoming stronger and progressing in my technical skills. I never thought that I would be able to do some of the things that are part of my routine now.
Micha has a solid knowledge of the science of training, and is extremely skilled at applying it to his coaching. In an industry full of myths and “bro science”, I feel that I can trust Micha to really know his stuff.
Micha has, with his thorough and precise feedback, his thoughtful programming and his friendly, relaxed attitude made my training a fun habit again. I’d highly recommend him to anyone
Always guiding me in a patient manner, and with constant feedback through text, pictures or personal videos Micha helped me to an unbelievable progress in the 8 months we worked together. It was a great experience working with Micha and I highly recommend him.
I’ve trained with Micha for more than 5 years now and I’m stronger than ever, physically and mentally. Micha makes me believe that I can do things that I don’t believe myself. Sometimes I ask myself “why?” but then the results come and it becomes obvious - regardless of if was a physical or mental barrier that I needed to overcome.
What I loved about working with Micha is that he’s honest, understanding and encouraging. He always want’s me to succeed and holds me to that. He also has an amount of knowledge that is rare as a coach and being a coach myself I have learned a ton from him which I’m grateful for.
Micha is forever questioning things, growing, learning and ploughing through the endless bullshit out there. He's not afraid to call things out and his passion for guiding you towards your full potential, whatever that may be, makes him, I believe one of the best coaches out there.
He is able to guide you through nuances and to adapt programming to your unique needs and always on hand to answer questions and see exactly what it is you need to tweak.
He will always be the person I go to for guidance when it comes to learning or developing a new movement skill. He is also hilarious and his love for Star Wars is almost as great as his ability to call you out on your own limiting beliefs.
It is a real pleasure working with Micha as a coach. Not only is he a very honest and nice person but more importantly he knows how to encourage and adapt especially when it comes to all the struggle and ups and downs of practising handstands. No matter what skill you might be working on, I am convinced Micha will inspire your training as well as your way of thinking about health by having this very unique approach. Trust Micha and there will be progresss.
When I first started taking flexibility seriously I genuinely believed that things like splits and pancake would take me years to ever achieve, if I could ever achieve them. I began to believe I was one of those people that was just resistant to stretching.
But when I started training with Micha, his knowledge and passion for movement struck me and inspired me. From the first phone call he was attentive and knew his stuff and could relate to me in so many ways.
The online coaching process turned out to exceed all my expectations. The explanations for each exercise were thorough, Micha would always give form feedback clearly, and he taught me so much about how to know when to push myself and when to back off.
I can honestly say that he’s one of the best coaches I’ve worked with, someone who inspired me with his enthusiasm, and when I was able to achieve my goals within the program he was the first person to contact, and the first person to hype me up and cheer me on. I would highly recommend him.
I sent a video to a couple of coach friends and they said “Great dips! Super strong!”, but I love how you called it out for what it was.
“Yes, you’ve achieved a ring dip but, it’s not the best version you can do for the purpose that you do it for. Here’s how I want you to do it”.
That honesty and that information makes me feel empowered.
My favourite memory of our coaching/student relationship was when I sent you a video of something that I thought was pretty good and you compared it to when your child brings home a shitty drawing and you have to love it because it's the best they can do at that moment. I hope that shitty drawing got a little better!
Thank you for your great coaching Micha i truly appreciate it.
